I saw a discussion of this on a cable news channel. They said that el Papa had commissioned a study on the use of condoms in certain parts of Africa. Hmmm, remember what happened the last time a Pope commissioned a study on the use of condoms?
I must say the priest they had on--can't remember the name--was quite good. He A. knew and B. defended knowledeably Catholic teaching and moral theory.
I'm sure there's a joke in here somewhere about Martinies and Catholics, but I'll leave that to Frank.
